BEGINNER/IMPROVER CLASSES

These classes are aimed at either complete beginners or improvers whom have a little previous Pilates experience.  Of course they are also open to anybody wishing to practice in a gentle way but with enough challenge to see improvements.

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED CLASSES

Aimed at those with good previous experience and a certain amount of knowledge of the exercises and principles of Pilates and how to put them in to practice.  These classes focus on improving upon those skills and progressing through more challenging movement patterns. 

Having taught group lessons for many years I am now focusing on private lessons in my client's own homes.   

PRIVATE LESSONS

There are so many benefits to private lessons or even semi-private lessons shared between yourself and a friend.  

  • A practice tailored to your individual level and needs.

  • Sole attention from me enabling deeper & more effective adjustments to your movement patterns & alignment.

  • Faster progress towards realising the benefits of a focused Pilates practice.

  • Move away from the "gym culture" to a more meaningful way of exercising.

  • Develop self-awareness and proprioception (body awareness) enabling you to continue to improve and make changes for yourself in-between taught sessions.

  • Better execution of the Pilates techniques and so hugely improved benefits.

Private lessons are available from a 1:1 to 1:2 basis in your own home if you have space or a hired hall.  If you're interested please do contact me so that we can have a chat about your needs.
